Elyria Catholic High School Implements Full Time Strength and Conditioning Program

Elyria, OH – Elyria Catholic High School has announced the implementation of a full time strength and conditioning program for all student-athletes. The program will be led under the direction of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Brian Fox. Coach Fox, who will enter his first season as head football coach this fall, previously served as Head
